The fourth quarter of 2021 saw notable activity in the drawing and coloring app category across South America. Here’s a closer look at the top five apps in this category, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Phone Case DIY by Crazy Labs experienced a significant uptick in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 782.9K in the final week of December. Weekly active users also showed a strong upward trend, growing from around 849.2K at the start of the quarter to nearly 1.94M by the end.

Happy Color by Numbers Game from X-Flow maintained a steady download rate, with weekly downloads fluctuating between 235K and 299K. The app’s weekly active users increased from about 1.74M to nearly 1.92M throughout the quarter. Revenue saw minor fluctuations, peaking at $241 in mid-October.

Paint by Number Coloring Game by Oakever Games had a more varied performance. Weekly downloads started at around 238.8K and dipped to 131.9K in late November, then rebounded to 187.4K by the end of December. Active users decreased from about 1.45M to 1.25M over the quarter. Revenue peaked at $306 in mid-October.

DIY Keyboard 3D, also by Crazy Labs, saw a remarkable increase in weekly downloads towards the end of the quarter, reaching approximately 855.7K in the last week of December. Weekly active users mirrored this trend, rising from 533 in late November to over 1M by the end of the year.

Drawing Games: Draw & Color from RV AppStudios LLC showed a steady growth in weekly downloads, peaking at around 197.8K in early November. Active users increased from about 60.9K to 153.5K during the quarter.
